The Endless Hoard
Past Avarax the floors never end. Nothing down here is needed to win: you already have.
After Avarax falls on floor 30 the reward panel reads "CURSE BROKEN" and offers two buttons: "Claim victory" and "Go deeper". Its note says: "Go deeper: the floors below never end." Going deeper keeps your whole build and moves you to floor 31. It is part of the full game.
How it differs
- One fight a floor, against three enemies drawn from all three depths.
- A floor ending in 5 is an elite's; every tenth floor is a boss's. The bosses take turns: the Tallyman on floor 40, Mother Brine on 50, Avarax on 60, then round again.
- Every third floor's room is a chest, a shrine or a forge; a boss floor's is an altar; the rest are merchants.
- No Tally is posted and no stair forks.
- Enemies keep growing by the last depth's steps: 34% more health and 30.5% more attack every floor. A standard enemy has 1,209,313 health on floor 40 and 22,572,869 on floor 50.
- Loot rolls as on floor 30, and pieces keep growing with the floor they are found on.
What it counts for
A run that goes deeper is a win from that moment, however it ends: dying or abandoning down here still counts. Its floors raise your best floor and the hero's border: Mythic at floor 40, Amethyst at floor 50. A death still leaves its gold to the dragon's hoard. The top bar shows the bare floor number in gold and the name "Endless", and a death here shows no "Why you died".
